Day 1 - Your Journey Begins : Get set! Board your flight from Hong Kong to Tasmania, ready for an extraordinary adventure

Day 2 - Arriving in Launceston & pamper yourself with mouthwatering casual fine dining : Arrive in Launceston and kick off with a delicious 2-course lunch. Stroll through the city’s history on a 2-hour guided walk, with an optional visit to the scenic Cataract Gorge. Check into the elegant hotel and enjoy a 3-course dinner at an award winning causal fine dining restaurant or similar

Day 3 - Explore Tasmania's Delights and Embark on a Scenic Cruise Journey: Cruise along the Tamar River, then indulge in premium beer and wine tasting at a local Brewery and winery, followed by a two-course lunch. Savor the flavors of Tamar Valley Wine and cheese tasting at world famous Moores Hill Estate or similar

Day 4 - Hunt For Truffles & Encounter Tasmanian Devils : Journey to Cradle Mountain with optional stops at Ashgrove Cheese and Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm. Day 7 - East Coast to Hobart : Travel to the world class best of the best Callington Mill Distillery. Conclude your day with a transfer to Hobart

Day 8 - Gastronomic Delights of Tasmania : Discover Tasmania’s artisanal flavors with private tastings at Hartshorn Distillery and Grandvewe Cheese or similar. A private tour at the Barilla Bay Oyster Farm, savor a seafood platter lunch, and a private tour in the best of the best Candy Abalone Factory

Day 9 - Treat Yourself With a Seafood Cruise Journey : Embark on a gastronomic journey with a half-day special seafood cruise.
